Snow in Portland?

So a few days ago it actually snowed in Portland and it caused mass chaos. It was all the news would talk about. Of course it's not like the news has anything to report anyways, but I thought it was funny how the news channels reacted. I basically got the sense that if I went out into the snow, I would die.

It is also funny (not funny haha, but funny ironic) that one of the reasons we left Rexburg for the winter semester was to leave the snow. We must have brought it will us.

Most of it is gone now, but there is still black ice on some roads and according to Portlanders, black ice is like some dangerous disease that will kill you if you drive on it.

I guess I'm glad that I have lived in Rexburg for a while because snow has become less of a big deal.
